Are you on the hunt for fun Easter activities for the family? Lucky you because there are lots to choose from in and around St. Petersburg. Get those baskets ready -- there’s so much egg-citement happening around town that you might just find yourself hopping over to two or three of these springtime celebrations! Easter Bunny Photo Time at Tyrone Square

Hop on over to Tyrone Square to meet the Easter Bunny! Reserve your FastPass and skip the line to see the Bunny! March 29 - April 20.


Saturday, April 6th

Brunch with the Bunny at Southwest Recreation Complex

Join City of Largo Recreation for Brunch with the Bunny! There will be food, crafts and games, and of course a photo op with the Easter Bunny. Cost is $6/child and $2/adult. Open to ages 6 & under. Call Southwest at 727-518-3125 for more information. Saturday, April 6, 9:00-11:00am.


EGGstravaganza at Practically Pikasso

Kids are invited to use their creativity to paint two ceramic eggs. Staff will glaze and fire them then put together a basket with candy included! Beautiful personalized keepsakes for years to come! Reservations required. Discounted price for additional painters. No charge for parents not painting. $20. Saturday, April 6, 11:00am-12:00pm.

Caring Bunny at Tyrone Square

Caring Bunny provides an exclusive, subdued and welcoming environment for children with special needs and their families. Caring Bunny will be located in Dillard's Court. Photos will be taken and available for purchase at this event. Reserve your appointment here! Sunday, April 7, 9:00am-10:30am.


Toddlerdega Easter Egg Hunt at Pro Karting Experience

Please join Pro Karting Experience for their first Easter Egg Hunt! PKE's Easter Bunny will be making an appearance throughout the event. This event is for mini drivers ages 2 to 6 or Power Wheel size drivers. PKE supplies the race track, you supply the driver and the vehicle. $5 Pit Pass per driver or $20 for Power Wheel rental/Pit Pass. Sunday, April 7, 9:00-11:00am.


Easter Clay Date at Practically Pikasso

Enjoy a clay date with your little bunnies! Activities include an Easter bunny story and creating bunnies out of clay. This clay workshop is recommended for ages 5 & up; $16. Sunday, April 7, 11:00am-12:00pm.


Easter Bunny Photo Shoot at Caddy's on the Beach

Grab the fam and join Caddy's Treasure Island for their annual Spring Photo Shoot with the Easter Bunny -- free! Sunday, April 7, 1:00-4:00pm.


Thursday, April 11th

Saturday, April 13th

Seaside Easter Egg Hunt at Seaside Seabird Sanctuary

Bring the kids out to the Seaside Seabird Sanctuary for the annual Easter Egg Hunt Event! Alligator Attraction of Johns Pass will be set up with several reptiles on display; food will be available courtesy of Irish Eddie’s Catering & Hot Dogs; and the Sanctuary will be giving away various prizes including certificates for Smuggler’s Cove Adventure Golf! This event is free and will be all day long with the Easter Egg Hunt starting at 11:00am. Saturday, April 13, 8:00am-4:00pm


JLSP Jelly Bean Fling at Great Explorations Children's Museum

Event tickets are on sale now for the Junior League of St. Petersburg's annual Jelly Bean Fling for $35/family (4 tickets) or $10 per ticket. Tickets include museum admission, crafts, food, photo with the bunny, and an egg hunt. Tickets can be purchased at jlstpete.org/jellybeanfling. All proceeds will benefit the projects and programs of the Junior League of St. Petersburg. Saturday, April 13, 9:00-11:00am.


Breakfast with the Easter Bunny at Willis S. Johns Recreation Center

Enjoy breakfast and photos with the Easter Bunny, an Easter egg hunt, and arts & crafts at Willis S. Johns Recreation Center. Breakfast is $7/child and $3/parents. Parents breakfast is optional. Come join Crescent Lake and Crescent Heights neighborhood associations for their annual Easter Egg Hunt! There will be two areas for hunting - age 4 and under (little kids) and 5 and above (big kids). If you plan on your child/children participating please drop off 10 filled plastic eggs per child participating and mark if it is for the big kid or little kid area. Egg drop off will be April 8th-12th. There will be a drop off address for Crescent Lake residents and a drop of address for Crescent Heights residents provided closer to the the egg drop off week. Hop on over to Gladden Park to join the Disston Heights Civic Association in celebrating their 17th Annual Easter Egg Hunt with games, chalk art, police and fire vehicles, K-9 dogs, and more! The egg hunt for kids walking to age 8 begins at 10:00am. Saturday, April 13, 9:30-11:30am.


Eggstravaganza at First Presbyterian Church

You don’t want to miss this popular FPC annual Easter event! (This year it is the week BEFORE Easter.) Bring your children and friends for one of the biggest Easter Egg hunts you will ever attend. There will be games, an inflatable slide, crafts and food. Saturday, April 13, 10:00am-11:00am.


Hosted by the Shore Acres Civic Association, Chris Boss, Chris Hounchell and Dan Larios, this community event will feature complimentary food and drink, the ultimate Easter egg hunt, and a guest appearance by the Easter Bunny! Saturday, April 13, 10:00am-12:00pm.


Easter Picnic and Egg Hunt at Church by the Sea

Come join Church by the Sea for all the fun! Egg hunt, pony rides, petting zoo, food, face painting, egg decorating, and more. FREE! 10:00am-1:00pm.


Easter Egg Hunt at HR Trains & Toys

Join HR Trains & Toys for this free event and egg hunt for children ages 3-11. After the fun of the Easter Egg Hunt, there will be a few play tables set up for the little ones to play with. Carrots at Central Park Performing Arts Center

Easter Paint Me a Story Time at Practically Pikasso

Join Practically Pikasso for an Easter bunny story followed by pottery painting. Choose from a variety of Easter themed pieces or one of the print ideas on a salad plate. $16 per painter when you register in advance; $18 per painter for walk-ins. Sunday, April 14th

Easter Egg Hunt on Horseback at Saddle Up Riding Club

The 10th Annual Easter Egg Hunt on Horseback returns to Saddle Up Riding Club with games, a bounce house, balloon sculptures, and face painting! Admission is $2 and horse rides (ages 2-16) are $6. Sunday, April 14, 3:00-6:00pm.


Easter Egg Hunt at Crescent Lake Park

Pack a picnic and join Suncoast Cathedral for this free event for all ages! The picnic and games begin at 4pm by the playground; the easter egg with 1000s of eggs begins at 5pm; and kickball for all begins at 6pm. Sunday, April 14, 4:00-7:00pm.


Thursday, April 18th

Egg-Stravaganza at Barbara S. Ponce Public Library

Join the Barbara S. Ponce Public Library for egg coloring and an egg hunt! There will also be a story time for those with young children. Please bring your own hard-boiled eggs to color. All other materials will be provided. Plan to get messy! For all ages. Registration required. Thursday, April 18, 6:30-8:00pm.


Friday, April 19th

Dinosaur Egg Hunt at Kenwood's Organic Produce

Bring your little paleontologist to Kenwood's magical courtyard for an allergy-friendly Easter egg hunt -- with no added sugar! Little ones will enjoy a fruit buffet, photo shoot, optional craft project and a dinosaur egg hunt. Toys will be included in eggs in place of candy. Tickets are good for one child ages 4 & under and up to 2 accompanying adults. $15. Friday, April 19, 10:00am-12:30pm.


Underwater Egg Hunt at Southwest Pool

The Easter Bunny is missing hundreds of colorful eggs. They have been found but are floating in Southwest Pool. Children that cannot swim must use a life jacket and parents are not permitted in the pool during hunt times. Enjoy open swim outside of the hunt areas for the entire event. Limited spots are available and pre-sale starts March 1. Event is open to ages 5 & up; cost is $5/wristband. Friday, April 19, 12:00-2:00pm.


Saturday, April 20th

Easter Egg Drop at Mission City Church

Join Mission City Church for an unbelievable Egg DROP! There will be three separate drops at 8:30, 10:30 and 12:30! Saturday, April 20, 8:30am-12:30pm.


Eggstravaganza at Sky Zone

Join Sky Zone for an Eggstravaganza! Egg hunt through the entire 30,000 sq ft park, meet, greet, and take pics with the Easter Bunny. Cost is $14/child with FREE accompanying adult. Saturday, April 20, 9:30-11:00am.


Easter Celebration at The Fountains at Boca Ciega Bay

Join The Fountains at Boca Ciega Bay to Spring into Easter with the Easter Bunny, an Egg Hunt, a balloon twister and more! Don't forget to invite the family! The children can find the hidden eggs to fill their baskets while enjoying delicious lemonade, homemade Easter cookies and basking in the beauty of spring. Saturday, April 20th, 10:00-11:00am.


Community Easter Egg Hunt at Allendale UMC

The day before Easter is an "egg"cellent time for hunting! Festivities begin at 10:00am with crafts, games, activities, and snacks. The Easter egg hunt will be divided by age group. The event is free and open to all! Saturday, April 20, 10:00am-12:00pm.


Easter Egg Hunt at Treasure Island Community Park

Visit with the Easter Bunny, join in the Easter Egg Hunt, and compete in the Easter Hat & Bonnet Contest at this annual event sponsored by the Gulf Beaches Rotary Club with assistance of the Isle of Capri Civic Association. Saturday, April 20, 10:00am-12:00pm.


Fun in the Sun Day at Gulfport Recreation Center

Join the City of Gulfport for FREE festivities that will include an egg hunt for children ages 8 and under, a raffle for baskets, children’s activities, music, food and fun. Children will also have the opportunity to climb into the driver’s seat of their favorite vehicle: police car, police boat, fire truck, ambulance, garbage truck and many more. Saturday, April 20, 10:00am-12:00pm.


Hop, hop, hop on over to Seminole Park and join the Historic Kenwood Neighborhood Association for an Easter eggstravaganza and egg hunt. Please bring your Easter baskets for this family fun event. Kids of all ages are invited. There may be a special visit from the Easter Bunny. Make sure to eat your carrots so you can keep an eye out for him! Saturday, April 20, 10:00am-12:00pm.


This fun-filled happening hosted by the Historic Old Northeast Neighborhood Assocation at Coffee Pot Park takes place beginning at 10am and runs until all the plastic eggs are found and the Easter Bunny arrives for photo ops. Saturday, April 20, 10:00am-12:00pm.


Historic Uptown Easter Egg Hunt at Millennium Youth Park

Join the Historic Uptown Neighborhood Association for its Third Annual Easter Egg Hunt! This is a free event open to the community! Bring your family and friends and enjoy Uptown's beautiful Millennium Youth Park located at 7th St. N & 6th Ave. N. There will be an area roped off just for children ages 3 & under and lots of room for the big kids to run. Saturday, April 20, 10:00-11:30am.


Underwater Egg Hunt & EGGstravaganza at St. Pete Beach Community Center

Dip and dive for Easter eggs in the pool! The egg hunt begins at 10:00am. Stay and play in the park with EGGcellent activities like egg races, egg decorating, egg toss, egg rolling and even meet Peter Rabbit! The cost for the egg hunt is $5, and the event in the park is free! Saturday, April 20, 10:00am-12:00pm.


Family Easter Event at City on a Hill Church

City on a Hill Church invites the whole neighborhood to come and join the fun! This is a FREE event featuring Easter Egg Hunts with 10,000 Easter eggs. Children will be divided up by Nursery, Preschool, and Elementary ages. Also enjoy inflatables rides, snow cones, popcorn, face painting, and more. Saturday, April 20, 10:30am.


Easter Eggstravaganza at Sundial St. Pete

Invite your peeps and hop on over to Sundial St. Pete on Saturday, April 20th for an egg-citing day of Easter fun! Start the day with FREE yoga in the Sundial courtyard from 9-10 AM. Hop back to the Sundial courtyard from 1-4 PM for the Sundial Easter Eggstravaganza! There will be music, face painting, a balloon artist, bunny crafts at the Sundial Gift Shoppe and free photo-ops with the Easter Bunny himself! Locale Market will also be hosting Easter cookie decorating ($5 for 3 cookies). PLUS, for the FIRST TIME EVER, there will be an Easter Egg Hunt for kids. Saturday, April 20, 1:00-4:00pm.


Easter Tea Party at Practically Pikasso

Put on your Easter bonnet and join Practically Pikasso for tea, assorted cookies, and pottery painting! One tea cup and saucer per painter. $40 per duo; $18 each additional child. Reservations required. Saturday, April 20, 4:00-5:30pm.


Sunday, April 21st

Glass Easter Egg Hunt with Morean Arts Center

The Morean Arts Center is hosting an Easter egg hunt featuring hand-blown glass eggs mad eggs by local artists at the Morean Glass Studio. The glass eggs will hidden along Central Avenue and begins on Easter Sunday at sunrise. First come, first served! Sunday, April 21, 7:30am.


Peeps with Police at James Ernst Park

Come join the Kenneth City police officers for an Easter Egg Hunt at James Ernst Par! "Peeps with the Police" is the Spring Community Policing Event, and all are welcome to attend. The PD will be raffling off Easter Baskets for the kids filled with candy and toys, in addition to other surprises. Note, the Egg Hunt itself is reserved for kids ages 2-12. Sunday, April 21, 9:00-10:00am.


Easter Brunch & Egg Hunt at Postcard Inn on the Beach

Celebrate Easter with friends and family at the Postcard Inn on the Beach! There will be an amazing brunch buffet for you and your family beginning at 10am garden side. At 11am the Easter Egg hunt begins! 500 eggs filled with treats and gifts from some amazing locally owned shops. Easter Egg Hunt at Wagon Wheel Flea Market

Children 10 years and younger are welcome to participate in Wagon Wheel Flea Market's 5th Annual Easter Egg Hunt! Wagon Wheel Flea Market will be sprinkling approximately 2,000 eggs filled with candies and other goodies in the parking lot for all to find. Sunday, April 21, 12:00-1:00pm.
