FAMILY-FRIENDLY PRIDE EVENTS IN ST. PETERSBURG
When: Friday, June 22, 6pm-8pm
Where: makeme studio
What: Drop in to makeme for a fun and family-friendly evening of Pride Parade preparations! The studio will have lots of supplies available to make your own signs, streamers, buttons and more. Bring your own tee to screenprint a one-of-a-kind shirt. The event also includes a light snack and a reading of the children's book "This Day in June."

When: Saturday, June 23, 2pm-10pm
Where: Downtown St. Petersburg
What: Celebrating 16 years of Pride in St. Pete, the Pride Parade brings the city to a standstill with thousands of people lining the streets in support of equality, pride and a dazzling spectacle of glitter and self-expression. The fun begins at 2pm, with the parade kicking off at 7pm. New this year is a family-friendly zone along the parade route. Great Explorations Children's Museum, Nomad Art Bus, and many more kid-oriented activities and attractions will be set up in South Straub Park from 2pm until the start of the parade.

Where: Grand Central District
What: One of St Pete's most loved annual community events for those who support diversity, the St. Pete Pride Festival attracts over 40,000 people for a day of fun in the sun. This year, the St. Pete Pride Festival presents a huge line-up of live entertainment, community activism, and food vendors. The St Pete Pride Festival is a FREE event.

Where: Imagine Museum
What: Celebrate the Pride Festival by parking right where the action is happening. For only a $15 parking fee, you and your guests will receive FREE admission to the museum (up to 4 people per car). Make sure you stop by the museum store to receive your limited edition Imagine Museum Button.

When: Sunday, June 24, 12pm-4pm
Where: Great Explorations Children's Museum
What: Visit Great Ex for a day of activities focused on unity, inclusion and self-esteem. Guests will be able to participate in storytime sessions featuring children’s books “Red” and “From the Stars in the Sky to the Fish in the Sea”. Children will be able to create multi-colored flags using colors from the Pride flag that represent themselves, participate in dance time and experiment with rainbow science activities. All activities are included in membership/admission.
