Become a Junior Docent at The Dali Museum’s week-long camp, where campers discover new ways to interpret and create art, meet new friends, and have fun. This year, campers will become art detectives, discovering how to decode the artwork of Salvador Dali. Finding inspirations in Dali’s mysteries, campers will make their own art each day. Campers will learn the meaning behind Dalinian symbols, decipher double images and answer riddles.

The Eckerd College Waterfront Program, one of the largest collegiate programs in the U. S., offers instruction in Little Mariners Watersports, Exploring Watersports, Sailing, Wakeboarding, Windsurfing, Paddlesports, Saltwater Fishing, Children’s Marine Discovery and Exploring Marine Life for students of various ages at various levels. Located on Boca Ciega Bay in St. Petersburg, the school provides the perfect environment for learning watersports!

Girls Inc. of Pinellas's 2019 Environmental Science SMART Summer Camp will explore the interdisciplinary field of Environmental Science that integrates physical, biological and information sciences with the study of the environment, and the solution of environmental problems. All girls will also participate in the GirlSMART Reading Program, Girls Inc. National Literacy Initiative, and the United Way Summer Bridge program, designed to foster a love of reading, improve literacy skills, and reduce summer learning loss.

The possibilities are infinite at Space Odyssey Summer Camp at the Imagine Museum! Campers can create a pendant or key chain, use a 3-D pen to create art, utilize virtual and augmented reality, create with modeling clay, and participate in the Student Show. Includes all supplies.

The Sanderlin Center 10-week summer camp is offered to ages 6-14 for $250. The fee includes field trips, lunch and snack. The camp runs from Monday, June 3 to Friday, August 9 from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Before and after extended care is offered for an additional $100. Before care begins at 7:30 a.m. After care ends at 6:00 p.m. Some of the activities planned at this summer-long camp art arts & crafts, science experiments, gardening, games, movies and cooking.

School of Rock's music camps offer an incredible selection of experiences from beginner music camps to intermediate and advanced sessions. Music camps often include performance boot camps, artist-themed camps, songwriting and recording, and more—there's a camp for every interest and skill level. Most music camps end with an epic live rock show performed by the campers.

Your child will grow and learn as a skateboarder while making new skate friends along the way! Campers will be going to a different skatepark daily on the School of Skatin Sk8 bus where they will take part in interactive activities designed by professional camp instructors. They will also be doing cool fun summer activities such as: kids movies series, swimming, waterparks, splash parks, griptape art, skate photography 101 and much more! If that is not enough, there are a few select days of skim boarding instruction throughout the summer. All levels welcome!

The St. Pete Makers Summer camp offers a learning experience that mirrors our eclectic city. The focus is on originality, innovation and self-expression with real world experience in creative business models. Camp participants will work with local makers and artists to learn the basics of the following crafts: 3D modeling and printing, LED electronic design, woodworking, and writing.

St. Petersburg City Theatre is offering four Summer Theatre Camp sessions on the Main Stage this summer! Show to be announced. Camps will be two weeks long and end in an evening performance on the second Friday.

Join Tampa Bay Watch for an unforgettable summer experience immersed in the Tampa Bay estuary! Estuary EDventures summer camp program is a fun-filled, hands-on learning adventure focused on marine ecology. Under the guidance of a professional education staff, campers will participate in boating trips, snorkeling and exploring native habitats, and collecting unique species inhabiting the estuary.

Vertical Ventures Camp programs will give children the skills and confidence to scale walls up to 40' high with ease. More experienced climbers will learn the skills it takes to tackle some of the more difficult climbs. Participants will learn the fundamentals of climbing movement, equipment and safety. Experienced and supportive staff emphasize personal responsibility and encourage each camper to develop greater self confidence throughout the session. Beginner, intermediate, and advanced level climbers are welcome.
